Part of the Contal Group, Contal Training Services is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) who specialise in developing and delivering quality education and training.

Our push into the vocational education and training sector was driven by our partnership with an aged care provider and our hospitality ventures. From there, we’ve developed an array of nationally recognised training and enterprise training products to offer staff who want to grow their knowledge and skills within our organisations.

Our training organisation offers a mix of in-person and online learning, with an emphasis on hands-on training by expert trainers. Our flexible learning environment has a focus on our learners’ individual needs.

We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality learning resources and hands-on training led by industry-experts. All our training materials are developed in-house in liaison with multiple accredited aged care providers.

We Offer:

CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)

First Aid and CPR

Stand-alone units including food safety, assisting with medication and infection prevention and control

Induction training for all users of our software
